Spot™: consists of a platform-independent VoiceXML/CCXML interpreter set, along with a telephony-vendor specific integration layer. Telephony vendors currently supported include Aculab, Cantata and TelcoBridges.

SoftSpot™ is a combination of the Spot™: interpreter set and a highly optimized software-only VoIP/SIP stack. SoftSpot™: is available for immediate download below.

SoftSpot™ Requirements

SoftSpot™ is currently only available for Linux. Soft-Spot requires a full installation of one of the following distributions:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux Version 4 (RHEL4)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux Version 5 (RHEL5)
• CentOS 4
• CentOS 5

Support for other distributions (e.g. SuSE, Debian) are available upon request

Trial License

To generate the 4-channel, 45 day trial license it is necessary that you choose a username and password here on the site, then enter it when you install the software. If you already have an Interact Licensing username and password, then just login. Otherwise take a minute to register.
